Every year around Valentine’s Day I put out a special for couples or family’s that would like their photos taken. Love is in the air, might as well right? I’ve known Shanna since we were all little kids and it was an honor to see her all grown up and to photograph her wedding. It was almost a family reunion to see all my friends from high school and to end the night with some break dancing is always a great time! But the most memorable part of the wedding was when Chris’ mom gave her speech. She said, “Chris you better be good to her, or else, I will put you back in my vagina!”

I love photographing all around the city of San Francisco whenever I have a chance to visit, however, I never thought I would ever shoot an actual wedding. So when my old friend, Katie (the bride), told me that her wedding was going to be at the San Francisco City Hall, I was going to do whatever it took to book this wedding. Then later on she said that the reception was going to be on a yacht. YES, PLEASE! Photographing at one of the most beautiful city halls in the country was already amazing, but sailing under the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate bridge to docking next to the ATT Park while a live game was going on against the Dodgers. What an amazing experience, probably one of my most memorable during my wedding photography career.
