When these two told me that their theme of their wedding will be anything related to beer, I went out and searched for the best ideas and locations. We ended up driving all the way up to North County in Paso Robles at the Barrrelhouse Brewing Co. I didn’t know what to expect or find here, but all of my colleagues says it will be a fun location. And to my surprise, it was an awesome location! The couple felt so at home and at ease. Their physical emotion towards each other was so real. I loved everything about this engagement session. Yes there was beer drinking involved, so towards the end of the session it got delirious with bigger smiles. If you haven’t been in this location before and love beer, you should add it to your to do list while you are in the Central Coast Valley. I also want to thank Barrelhouse Brewing Co. for welcoming us and allowing us to roam the premises taking photos.
Samantha + Ryan - Engagement
Did Aaliyah come back to life and find her soulmate? Haha. I didn’t tell her that, but Samantha looks like the once beloved R&B singer, Aaliyah. This is my famous date, 10-10-20, couple. Yes, I had like 10 inquires on that date alone. Well, I’m the lucky one to be able to capture their wedding on that date. These guys are simple and fun along with their adorable fur baby. I appreciated their patience on this day as well since it rained in one area and relocated to another area. Can’t wait for your wedding, guys!

Wow, what a fun and relaxing wedding with great company! This was my first out of the country destination wedding and I am so grateful for this wonderful opportunity to experience and capture it all. Our stay and the wedding was set on the west coastal region of Costa Rica. To the north, where our stay was located, was filled with white sand and peaceful sounds of waves crashing. To the south was Tamarindo, where most tourists visited was filled with restaurants and bars. Our location was perfect with easy access to the beach to surf, which the guys took advantage of right before the wedding, while the girls did yoga on top of the large ocean view relaxation area. If I was planning my wedding again, this is exactly what I would want. It’s not only cheaper, but what a fun way to have your closest family and friends on vacation while enjoying all the wedding festivities. I was lucky enough to experience it all with this family. I was able to capture a lot of in between moments before and after the wedding while getting to know each and every one of them. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and also, inspirational. So if you happen to plan a wedding in Costa Rica, remember me because I would love to do more of these.
